Act relative to protection from wild oats.

This Act concerns fighting of Avena fatua and Avena sterilis and other growing parts of such plants. Section 2 excludes various kinds of planting material from the application sphere of the Act. Section 3 prohibits transportation, storage, and use of materials that may bring about spreading of wild oats. Section 8 concerns a plan to be adopted by the State Agricultural Agency for the fighting of wild oats. Remaining provisions concern responsibilities of landowners, offence, supervision and control.
