Act relative to the responsibility of municipalities to issue to the public information on animal protection and related matters (SFS 2008:1048).

This Act requires a municipality, at the request of county councils of counties to which the municipality belongs, to handover such information in its possession regarding animal protection and the public control of food and fodder in primary production as may be necessary for the county council to carry out properly its duties in these fields.
