Act relative sequestration of ships in international legal proceedings (SFS 1993:103).

This Act makes provision for the sequestration of ships, either registered in Sweden or registered in corresponding foreign registers (sect. 1). Sequestration can take place based on a maritime claim as specified in section 3. Remaining sections regulate when and how sequestration can take place.
