Act on the Water Associations.

This Act makes provision for the creation of water associations which shall have as purpose protection and regulation of specific fresh water bodies. Section 2 concerns the delimitation of the geographical area of competence of the association. Section 3 specifies who can participate in an association, whereas sections 4 and set out conditions for the creation of an association. Sections 6 and 7 provide in more detail with respect to activities of associations. Other provisions of the Act concern internal structure and procedure of associations and other matters of administrative and legal character.
