Abstract
This Regulation supplements provisions of the Coast Guard Act regarding operations management of the Coast Guard, offenses to which direct law enforcement measures apply, reporting obligations regarding law enforcement, the right of the Coast Guard to issue Regulations and some matters of minor importance.
The Coast Guard shall, in general, carry out surveillance over the Swedish territorial waters and the EEZ. This Regulation assigns, direct law enforcement powers in addition to what those stated in Chapter 3, § 2 the Coast Guard Act.
