Abstract
The present Decree contains rules on notification requirements related to forestry activities. It contains presumptions of notification for consultation in certain activities related to the felling of trees and the taking of agricultural land out of production. In addition, it specifies activities that require notification for consultation in accordance with Ch. 12, Article 6, of the Environmental Code. Rules on notification of decisions, supervision and fees, appeal, and offenses and penalties are also included.
