Decree (1998:940) on fees for examination and supervision in accordance with the Environmental Code.

The present Decree lays down rules on fees to be paid to judicial organs and state administrative authorities in relation to activities undertaken under the Environmental Code or regulations issued in connection with the Environmental Code. The Decree contains the following Chapter: 1. Introductory provisions; 2. Fees for environmentally hazardous activities; 3. Fee for water activities; 4. [Repealed]; 5. Fee for genetic engineering activities; 6. Fee for chemical products and biotechnological organisms; 7. Fee for certain other activities; 8. Fees for authorities' other costs in connection with review or supervision; 9. Common provisions; 10. Recognition of income and expenses.
