Decree (2006:1165) on fees for official control of feed and animal by-products.

The present Decree applies to fees to be paid to state authorities and municipalities' costs regarding: 1. official controls and other official activities in accordance with the Act relative to animal feed and by-products of animal origin (2006:805), the regulations that have been issued on the basis of the same Act, and the EU regulations that the Act supplements; and 2. official control and other official activities in accordance with the Act on organic production control (SFS 2013:363), in respect of organic feed. The Decree contains the following headings: Introductory provisions; Annual inspection fee; Fee for official control that was not originally planned; Calculation of annual fee and fee for official control that was not originally planned; Calculation of annual fee and certain other fees for official control and other public activities; Fees for approval and registration; Regulations on other fees; Regulations on enforcement; Appeals etc.
