Decree (2009:1396) on support to companies with remote animal husbandry for certain veterinary costs.

The Decree provides for support, subject to the availability of funds, to companies with remotely located animal husbandry for veterinary travel costs related to the care of acutely ill animals that are exclusively kept for food production. Support is not provided if the company hires a veterinarian from an unreasonably long distance from the animal husbandry, when another veterinarian is available within a shorter distance. Support under this Decree is granted as de minimis aid in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) No 1408/2013. The Decree regulates all aspects concerning the application and granting of the funds.
