Decree (2011:1060) on control of food exports.

The present Decree lays down rules on official control measures relating to the export and re-export of food. The competent authority may decide that an establishment carrying out activities referred to in section 3 of the Food Act for export to a country that is not a member of the European Union shall be placed under special control due to import regulations in that country. Food exported from an export-controlled establishment shall be accompanied by an export certificate if required in accordance with the import regulations of the recipient country.
