Decree (2011:926) on the EU's regulations on price and market regulation of agricultural products.

This Decree contains provisions that complement Act (1994:1710) on EC regulations on agricultural products and the EU's regulations on price and market regulation of agricultural products mentioned in section 2. The Swedish Board of Agriculture examines matters concerning support under the EU's regulations on price and market regulation of agricultural products. Supervision and other control over compliance with the provisions in the EU's regulations on price and market regulation of agricultural products, this Decree, and the regulations issued under this Decree, is exercised by the Swedish Board of Agriculture. The Public Health Agency of Sweden may issue regulations concerning the obligation for businesses handling wine products according to this Decree.
