Decree (2016:1368) on extraordinary adjustment support for milk producers.

This Decree contains provisions on extraordinary adjustment support for milk producers under Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1613 providing for exceptional adjustment aid to milk producers and farmers in other livestock sectors. Support may, subject to the availability of funds, be provided to farmers who produce cow's milk and who participate in one of the following quality programs: Arlagården, Gefleortens Farm Program, Krav, Norrgården, Svenskt Sigill, and Skånemejerier's Farm Certification. Support is provided at a certain amount per kilogram of milk for the quantity of milk delivered to the dairy or sold directly in 2016.
