Decree (2021:12) on certain contributions from the wildlife conservation fund.

The present Decree contains provisions on certain contributions from the wildlife management fund. The objective of grants under this Decree is to promote wildlife management or other similar purposes that are consistent with the purpose of the Hunting Act. The Decree contains rules on requirements for organisations applying for a grant; applications for grants; prerequisites for grants; decisions on grants; payment of grants; accounting; refunds; appeals and enforcement; and competent authority. Applications for grants shall be made to the Swedish Environmental Protection Agency.
