Decree (2021:176) on fees for official control of food and certain agricultural products.

The present Decree lays down rules on fees to be paid to state and regional authorities for official control of food and certain agricultural products. The fees shall be paid by food business operators, other operators and actors within ecological production, whose businesses are subject to official control. The fees are set by the competent authority, in accordance with this Decree.
