Decree (2021:176) on fees for official control of foodstuffs and certain agricultural products.

This Decree applies to fees to be paid for the costs of services provided by state authorities and municipalities in relation to: 1) public control and other public activities in accordance with the Food Act (2006:804) and complementary national and EU regulations; 2) public control and other public activities in accordance with Act (2009:1424) on the control of protected designations of agricultural products and foodstuffs and complementary national and EU regulations; and 3) public control and other public activities in accordance with the Act (2013:363) on organic production control and complementary national and international regulations, with the exception of feedstuffs. The fees covered by this Act shall be paid by the food business operators, other operators and actors in organic production whose activities are subject to control.
