Decree (2021:949) on the protection of persons who report misconduct.

This Decree contains provisions regarding authorities that are authorized to receive, follow up on, and provide feedback on reports of misconduct through external reporting channels and procedures for reporting and follow-up, in accordance with the Act (2021:890) on the protection of persons who report misconduct. The Decree also contains provisions regarding the supervision of ensuring that operators fulfill their obligation to have internal reporting channels and procedures for reporting and follow-up in accordance with the same Act. The authorities listed in the Appendix to this regulation shall be authorized to receive, follow up on, and provide feedback on reports of misconduct through external reporting channels and procedures for reporting and follow-up. The Swedish Food Agency shall be the authority in charge of misconducts in the areas of food and feed safety, animal health and welfare.
