Decree (2023:653) on crisis support for certain agricultural sectors for 2023.

This Decree contains provisions on crisis support for companies in certain agricultural sectors due to the weather conditions in 2023. The regulation is issued pursuant to Section 2 of the Act (1994:1710) on EC regulations regarding agricultural products. Support is provided without an application and subject to the availability of funds. It may only be provided in accordance with the Commission's Implementing Regulation (EU) 2023/1465 of 14 July 2023 on crisis support for the agricultural sectors affected by specific issues impacting the profitability of agricultural producers. Support may be provided for agricultural land with the crop code specified in the Annex to this regulation, as well as for cattle over one year old.
