Decree containing instructions for the Authority for Community Protection and Preparedness.

This Decree defines the duties and powers of the Authority for Community Protection and Preparedness. The Authority shall prepare and support the preparedness of civil society for natural or man-made disasters and be instrumental in prevention and management of emergency situations. The Authority may also be requested by the Government to assist in the management of crises resulting from international civil conflicts.
