Decree containing instructions for the State Radiation Safety Agency.

This Decree defines the duties and responsibilities of the State Radiation Safety Agency. The Agency shall be the administrative authority for radiation and nuclear power safety. It shall be responsible for the coordination, development, assessment, follow-up, reporting on and dissemination of information in the field of environmental quality goals for radiation safety. It shall, among other things, recommend measures in the field of radiation safety, handle requests for financial support and keep a register on maximum radiation values.
