Abstract
This Decree regulates the administration of the Fisheries Agency and defines tasks and powers of this public body.
The Agency shall protect and exploit fisheries resources of Sweden and collaborate to realize the fisheries policy of Sweden. It shall assist the Government in international fisheries matters and coordinate the control on fisheries activities.
