Abstract
This Decree stipulates rules for public financial support to actors in the food sectors who carry out measures to improve the competitiveness of the industry. The incentives shall be granted in accordance with Community legislation, notably Commission Regulations (EC) No. 70/2001, (EC) No. 68/2001, (EC) 1857/2006, (EC) No. 857/2007 and (EC) No. 1998/2006. No support shall be granted for primary production of products listed in Annex 1 of the EC Treaty, excluding fishery products.
