Discrimination Act (2008:567).

The purpose of this Law is to counteract discrimination and in other ways to promote equal rights and opportunities regardless of gender, cross-gender identity or expression, ethnic affiliation, religion or other belief, disability, sexual orientation or age. The first chapter contains definitions and other introductory provisions. In the second chapter there are provisions on the prohibition of discrimination and reprisals. The third chapter contains provisions on active measures. The fourth chapter contains provisions on supervision. The fifth chapter contains provisions on compensation and invalidity. The sixth chapter contains provisions on the trial.
