Abstract
The Regulation sets rules on the control, planning and permission for various environmental activities, such as animal husbandry and allocation of space; fish breeding or wintering of fish; mine extraction of peat, oil, gas, coal, ores, minerals, rock, gravel; food, animal-by products, vegetable and fruit processing and production; wood; metallic and non-metallic products and processing; consumption of organic solvents and other hazardous substances; waste and wastewater treatment.
The Regulation consists of 32 Chapters: Environmental testing (1); Agriculture (2); Aquaculture (3); Mining, extraction and processing of peat, oil, gas, coal, ores, minerals, rock, gravel and other (4); Food and feed (5); Textiles (6); Fur and leather (7); Wood (8); Paper products (9); Photographic and graphic arts (10); Tar, refined petroleum products and nuclear fuel (11); Chemical products (12); Rubber and plastic products (13); Non-metallic mineral products (14); Steels and metals (15); Metal and plastic finishing, degreasing and paint removal (16); Electric commodities (17); Metal processing (18); Consumption of organic solvents (19); Handling of fuels and other chemical products (20); Gas and liquid fuels, electricity, heating and cooling (21); Decommissioning of nuclear reactors (22); Vehicle service and fuel management (23); Ports and airports (24); Laboratories (25); Tank cleaning (26); Health (27); Wastewater treatment (28); Waste (29); Firing ranges and sporting facilities (30); Textile laundry (31); Burial activities (32).
