Epizootic Disease Decree.

Article 1 lists the diseases to which the Act applies. The State Agricultural Agency may prescribe other diseases in accordance with article 2. Articles 3 to 6 indicate various State agencies involved in fighting of the diseases and charge them with the preparation of contingency plans (art. 4). Tasks are assigned, apart from the State Agricultural Agency, to the State Food Agency, the State Agency for Veterinary Drugs, county authorities, and district veterinarians. Remaining provisions deal with compensation of damages, and appeal against decisions of the State Agricultural Agency (art. 13). (16 articles)
