Industrial Emissions Decree (2013:250).

This Decree, based on the Environmental Code contains provisions on precautionary measures for industrial emissions operations. As a general rules, emissions values based on best available technologies as set out in Chapter 2 of this Decree, shall apply, in due time as limit values for emissions from industrial emissions under normal operating conditions. This Decree applies in addition to permit conditions and conditions in an order from the supervisory authority directed at persons who carry out an industrial emissions business. The Decree also concerns exemptions from emission limits, periodic controls, assessment of risk of pollution damage to soil and groundwater, reporting by polluters ("status report"), and reporting to the European Commission in accordance with Directive 2010/75/EU.
