Abstract
This Law contains provisions to protect sensitive geographical information. The Law contains provisions that limit the right to 1. sea measurement, 2. photography or similar registration from aircraft, and 3. dissemination of a compilation of geographical information. Hydrographic surveys may not be conducted in Swedish territorial waters, except for lakes, rivers and canals.
