Abstract
This Act amends provisions on EC regulations on environmental and structural (articles 1-2, 6-7) - specifically EC's structural and support requirement for rural development to be carried out in Sweden. And with regard to support for community initiatives and other community priorities. The objective of the Structural Funds, with the exception of the Financial Instrument for Fisheries development, and the support from the European Agricultural Guidance and Guarantee Fund for rural development is to supervise and inspect compliance with the rules of the EC arrangements. Regulatory agencies shall be nominated by the Government for implementing such regulations.
