Abstract
The Law provides that nature must be protected and responsibly managed as a shared national asset, with state, municipal, and administrative authorities ensuring conservation efforts, while balancing public, private, and environmental interests. The text further provides for protection of national parks, nature reserve, natural monuments, protection of plant and animal species, protection of outdoor life, protection against littering, and compensation provisions. The Law consists of 49 Articles.
