Abstract
The Ordinance sets rules with what concerns energy infrastructures and their inspection performed by competent authorities. Information thereof shall be submitted with the purpose of setting deadlines in respect of categories of energy infrastructure as set out in Annex II, paragraphs 1 and 2 of European Parliament and Council Regulation (EU) No 347/2013. The Inspectorate shall keep the Government informed on any procedures in adherence to article 10 by preparing and publishing a handbook in accordance with Article 9.1.
