Ordinance (2017: 880) on monitoring, reporting and verification of CO2 emissions from maritime transport.

This Regulation control and supervision by the Swedish Transport Authority in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2015/757 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the monitoring, reporting and verification of carbon dioxide emissions from maritime transport. reports to be made under the EU Regulation shall be submitted to the Authority. Provisions on supervision are contained in Chapter 26 of the Environmental Code and the Environmental Inspection Regulation.
