Ordinance (SFS 2013:262) amending the Ordinance (1998:899) on environmentally hazardous activities and health.

The amendment includes: Section 1 has been removed from the Annex and moved to new environmental testing Ordinance (2013:251). Regulations of permit requirements for hazardous activities are moved from Ordinance (1998:899) to a new Regulation (Environmental testing Regulation). The words limit and guideline have been cleared out in article 11b. Title 1 of Annex to Regulation (1998:899) - with regard to main permit requirements and notification requirements for hazardous activities, has moved to a new environmental assessment regulation. The aim is to create a more workable constitutional text and to increase transparency. Regulation of permit requirements for hazardous activities is moved from Ordinance (1998:899) to Ordinance (2013:251).
