Protocol pursuant to Section 16 regarding provisions that derogate from the Fishing Statute for the Torneälven fishing area (The Border Agreement between Finland and Sweden).

This Protocol is made under section 16 of the Fishing Statute for the Torneälven fishing area and its provisions derogate from provisions of that Statute for the year 2018 with respect to fishing for trout, use of fixed gear in marine areas, use of nets in the river areas, use of bag nets in the river area, fishing with rod in the river area, fishing for burbot in the river area and fishing in a specified area (Kilpisjärvi)
