Radiation Safety Regulation (2018:506).

This Regulation implements provisions of the Radiation Safety Law with respect to matters such as radiation limits, optimization of protection against radiation, other radiation protection, duties of the Radiation Safety Authority's as the competent authority, reporting and notifications, offences, appeal and enforcement, etc.
The Radiation Safety Authority shall ensure that there is a national environmental monitoring program for ionizing radiation and keep it current. it shall, among other things, examine and issue permits and conditions according to the Radiation Protection Act.
