Abstract
The Order enforces Chapter 10 of the Marine Act, specifically with regard to the environmental damage at sea causing oil pollution from ships, to the costs for remedial measures taken and to the costs of such preventive measures in adherence to the 1969 Liability Convention of Brussels of 29 November 1969 and the Convention on Civil Liability for Damage resulting from oil pollution.
Forms 1-4 - Certificate of insurance or other financial liability security in respect of civil liability for oil pollution damage.
