Abstract
The Regulation contains provisions on calculating the size of the country's total reserve of oil/fuel (including biofuels and additives thereof) stored and utilized for energy production. The Swedish Energy Agency shall establish and report the percentage of the quantity for each of the fuel storage years. Permission for oil transportation and storage shall be subject to fees.
