Regulation (2014:1010) on trade in timber and timber products.

This Regulation designates, for purposes of Regulation (EU) No. 995/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down the obligations of operators who place timber and timber products on the market, the Swedish Forest Agency as the competent authority, The Agency shall perform the tasks that a competent authority has in accordance with the EU Regulation and the Law (2014:1009) on trade in timber and timber products. It may issue implementing and/or enforcement Regulations for purposes of the EU Regulation or the Law.
