Regulation (2015: 210) on State aid for regional promotion of small and medium-sized enterprises.

This Regulation applies to such State aid in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014 for investment that promote sustainable growth and increased competitiveness in small and medium-sized enterprises and thus sustainable regional growth. The support should contribute to ensuring that present and future generations can be offered sound economic, social and environmental condition. The Regional Development Responsibility Act (2010:630) contains provisions that allow county councils and the municipality of Gotland to decide on the use of certain funds for regional growth work. Within the framework of the regional growth policy, support may be provided by the county council under this regulation. Within the framework of the regional growth policy and business policy, support can also be provided by the Swedish Agency for Economic and Regional Growth.
