Regulation (2015: 212) on State aid within the framework of the European Regional Development Fund

This Regulation applies to such State aid within the European Regional Development Fund as decided by a managing authority of the National Regional Fund Program, Regional Structural Funds programs or territorial cooperation programs. The Regulation complements the Regulation (2014: 1383) on the management of the EU structural funds. Provisions on the handling of support cases are contained in that Regulation. Financial support shall be in accordance with Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014 declaring certain categories of aid compatible with the internal market in application of Articles 107 and 108 of the Treaty Text with EEA relevance. Aid shall be granted to investment by small and medium enterprises and infrastructure projects.
