Regulation (2015: 610) on a specific measure to support farmers in the livestock sector

This Regulation seeks to complete provisions of Regulation (EU) No 1308/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing a common organisation of the markets in agricultural products and Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) 2015/1853 providing for temporary exceptional aid to farmers in the livestock sectors. Support under this Regulation may, subject to availability of funds, be provided to farmers producing cow's milk. The support is provided for the amount of milk reported to the National Agricultural Board for a farmer according to the regulation (1999: 1319) on milk quotas or rules that have been issued on the basis of that Regulation.
