Abstract
This Regulation, made under provisions of Chapters 14 and 15 of the Environmental Code, carries into effect provisions of Regulation (EC) No. 1005/2009 of the European Parliament and of the Council on substances that deplete the ozone layer and makes additional provision for the restrictions on the manufacture, use, transfer and market ozone-depleting substances. Provisions on exemptions from prohibitions under this Regulation may not be applied in violation of the EU Regulation on ozone-depleting substances. The Swedish Environmental Protection Agency is the competent authority referred to in the EU Regulation. Companies operating within the critical uses referred to in Article 13.1 of the EU Regulation on ozone-depleting substances, shall each year submit a report to the competent authority with the information specified in Article 26.1 b of the EU Regulation.
