Abstract
This Regulation provides for environmental incentives to be granted, if funds are available, by the Swedish Energy Authority for measures reducing greenhouse gas emissions related to industrial activities. The Regulation is based on Commission Regulation (EU) No 651/2014 and Commission Regulation (EU) No 1407/2013. The Regulation sets out criteria and procedures for the granting of incentives and provides for control.
