Regulation (2017: 872) on Water Delegated Committees.

This Regulation creates within county administrations committees for water resources management in accordance with the Regulation Containing Instructions for County Councils. The Regulation provides rules for the composition of committees and their functioning. The Regulation provides also rules for the functioning of Water Delegated Committees and County Councils as the competent water administration authority for its area. Within each county council there shall be an executive secretariat to assist the water authority in coordinating the work on the management of the quality of the aquatic environment in water district.
