Regulation on caseins and caseinates intended for human consumption (LIVSFS 2016:13).

The present Regulation, issued by the Swedish Food Agency, applies to caseins and caseinates which are intended for human consumption and mixtures of such caseins and caseinates. Caseins and caseinates may only be used for the preparation of food if they meet the standards for contaminants and pollutants specified in the present Regulation. Specific rules are laid down regarding their placing on the market, labelling, etc.
