Abstract
The present Regulation, issued by the Swedish Food Agency, contains rules that must be met in order to market food of animal origin in the European Union. It applies to trade in food of animal origin between EU countries. The recipient of food of animal origin shall self-inspect the consignment, and in particular make sure that it is accompanied by a commercial document or health certificate in accordance with EU Regulations, etc. The recipient shall also keep records of all introduced consignments.
