Abstract
The Regulation sets sanction fees with regard to environmental pollution control infringements. The fees shall be applied to provisions on wildlife reserves, agriculture, chemical products and biotechnical organisms, in adherence to EU regulations on chemical registration and classification (Chapter 7). The Regulation also applies to plant protection products and pesticides (Chapter 8) in adherence to EU Regulations on Plant Protection and Agriculture regulations on the use of pesticides particularly harmful to pollinating insects (chemical pesticides). Sanctions are also applied to fluorinated greenhouse gases and ozone-depleting substances in adherence to EU Regulation (Chapter 9). In Chapter 10, the Regulation applies to petrol gases and flammable liquids and implements Environmental Protection Agency s regulations on the protection against soil and water pollution from their storage. In Chapter 11 the Regulation sets rules on recycling systems of electric products and shipment of waste.
