Abstract
The present Regulation, issued by the Swedish Food Agency, contains provisions on mandatory fortification of certain foods. It applies to food intended for end consumers. It complements Regulation (EC) No. 108/2008 on the addition of vitamins and minerals and of certain other substances to foods.
