Abstract
The present Regulation, adopted by the Swedish Food Agency, lays down provisions on the notification of food intended for special groups. Notification of food for special medical purposes in accordance with Article 9 of Regulation (EU) 2016/128 shall be made to the National Food Administration. The notification shall be made by the food business operator who places the foods on the market. Notification of infant formulas in accordance with Article 12 (1) of Regulation (EU)2016/127 shall be made to the Swedish National Food Agency.
