Regulation on milk and cheese (LIVSFS 2003:39).

The present Regulation, issued by the Swedish Food Agency, contains provisions on milk and milk products, as well as cheese and cheese products. It does not apply to products that are legally produced or marketed in another Member State of the European Union, nor to products that are not intended to be marketed within the country. It complements existing EU legislation on the topic. The rules cover packaging, labelling, food standards, information to be provided to consumers, treatment of products, etc.
