Abstract
The present Regulation, adopted by the Swedish Food Agency, concerns permitted trade names for fishery and aquaculture products. Its Annex contains a list of permitted trade names for fishery and aquaculture products according to Regulation (EU) No. 1379/2013. Anyone who intends to market fishery and aquaculture products not included in the Annex must notify the National Food Agency, which shall determine a temporary trade name under which marketing may take pending inclusion in the Annex.
