Abstract
The present Regulation, issued by the Swedish Food Agency, complements EU legislation on wine production. It requires anyone who intends to use one of the treatment methods for wine production for which there is an obligation to notify under Regulation (EC) No 1234/2007 shall notify the Swedish Food Agency. It also contains special rules on labelling.
